Summary of Our Terms & Conditions

-Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.

-Fragile or high-value items are not covered by compensation.

-Compensation is limited to ¥1,000 per item for loss or damage.

-The main fee will be charged via Airbnb.

-Any additional charges after the reservation is confirmed will be collected in cash (Japanese yen) on the day of service.

[Reservation Process]

1.Please inform us of the number of suitcases, any non-suitcase items, and any items whose total dimensions exceed 170 cm.
2.Please provide the handover date and time and the handover location (within a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station or Haneda Airport Terminal 3).
3.After the number of items, fee, and location are confirmed, we will send an additional payment request via Airbnb.
4.On the day of delivery, our staff wearing an orange hat will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your accommodation.

Your reservation will be confirmed after payment, and it will be considered that you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

Extra Luggage (Cash Only)
・If you have any additional luggage on the day, payment is accepted in Japanese yen cash only.
Liability & Coverage
・While we handle all items with care, fragile or delicate items are not covered.
・I agree that compensation for any damage is limited to ¥1,000 per item.
・I understand that PorterPalExpress is not liable for any loss or damage beyond this limit.
Delivery Schedule
・We schedule pickups according to your estimated arrival time. If you arrive earlier than expected, there may be a waiting period.
・We prioritize the safety of our delivery staff. Deliveries may be delayed in the event of disasters, heavy snow, or heavy rain.
Key Handling
・If you are not present, we will use the spare key to place your luggage inside.
・If you are present at the property: we will hand the luggage to you in person.

We do not transport any living creatures.

Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations made by 11:59 PM (Japan Standard Time, JST) on the day before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
・Cancellations made on the day of service (after 12:00 AM JST): Non-refundable.
